Sales Team Leader

SOF is a Christian school of supernatural ministry featuring the Bethel School of Supernatural ministry curriculum. Our mission is Revival: the personal, regional and global expansion of God’s Kingdom through His manifest presence.

SOF’s mission is to EQUIP and DEPLOY Revivalists who passionately pursue worldwide transformation in their God-given spheres of influence.

We’re looking for a new Sales Team Leader to replace our current top-gun team leader.

Overview of the Role:
·     Approx. 5-8 hours per week
·     Semi-flexible hours, with set daily huddle meeting time

Your job will be to coordinate and lead the sales team. This involves inspiring and empowering the team to succeed, managing/assigning the pipeline of work, achieving recruiting targets, and care and support of team members.
(The sales team follow up potential students through phone calls, present the benefits of study, and journey with them over a few months as they assess whether study is their next best step.)

We see this as a vital role as you help build the student body. Your belief in others will help release them into stepping out and into their destiny. You’ll be remunerated accordingly with a base salary of AUD$31.19 per hour.

Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

·     Previous experience with sales
·     Previous experience managing a team
·     Strong administrative capability
·     Excellent communication
·     Ability to build relationships
·     Microsoft Office (Excel)
·     BSSM training or study of other Bethel or evangelistic materials would be considered an asset
·     Own your own laptop
