Tristan Conway

Founder

Tristan Conway is the founder of The School of Faith and carries a mandate to equip and mobilise believers to walk in supernatural power. With a strong emphasis on activation, impartation, and bold faith, Tristan ministers with a conviction that the Church must move beyond theory into demonstration.

His ministry is marked by Spirit-led teaching, prophetic insight, and practical equipping that releases believers into healing, deliverance, and the gifts of the Spirit. He carries a passion to see the body of Christ strengthened, awakened, and activated — not simply inspired.

Tristan is committed to raising a generation that doesn’t just believe in the power of God, but carries it — bringing revival fire into churches, cities, and nations.

Deputy Director

Gabby Conlon

Gabby Conlon is a passionate lover of Jesus and a dynamic equipping minister with a deep, personal walk with the Holy Spirit. From a young age, Gabby experienced life in the spirit — seeing and sensing things beyond the natural — and these encounters shaped her calling to help others pursue a deeper, more powerful relationship with God.

She is the author of Activate, a practical and accessible resource designed to equip believers with a biblical framework for spiritual activation, empowering them to step into real encounters with Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The book encourages everyday believers to grow in the realm of the Spirit and positions them for the “suddenlies” of God.

Gabby serves on the pastoral team at Melbourne Lights Church and is the Deputy Director of SOF (School of Faith), a global supernatural school of ministry devoted to raising up believers who walk confidently in spiritual gifts and power.

She lives in Melbourne, Australia, with her husband David, and their four children.
