  • Enrollment & Student Data: Information provided during course enrollment, such as personal testimony,  journey to faith, income and dependants;  orientation session details; or live training session information.

  • Communications: Messages submitted via contact forms, email correspondence, chat features, or survey responses. We may retain emails and other information submitted via chat for internal purposes to help us serve you better.

  • Forms & Accounts: You may be assigned a site username and/or password for internal purposes, which we use to communicate with you and provide the services you have requested.

  • Online Community: We may offer interactive and community features, such as instant messaging and Facebook groups. Information posted or sent through these features may be publicly available. If you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., username, email address, contact number) through these features, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited communications.   • Financial Data: Required for the payment of course fees including name, email address, mobile number and credit card details. Note: The School of Faith does NOT retain your credit card details after payment of once-off course fees or after the establishment of a payment plan.

  • Cookies: Some of our sites may use cookies (small data files stored on your device) which make login easier (remembering usernames and passwords) and allow us to track site usage and tailor content to your interests.

  • Financial Data: We do not retain credit and/or debit card information in our systems. Student payments are facilitated between ourselves and our financial transaction processor via a uniquely generated customer ID.

  • Opt-Out: Every marketing email or newsletter update includes an unsubscribe link, and other correspondence includes instructions on how to discontinue receiving communications from School of Faith.

Photos, video, and audio recordings are strictly prohibited during designated private sessions (such as Live Training and Prayer Room sessions) to maintain confidentiality and respect for all participants.
